About Our Organization
Great Bay Facility Maintenance started as a one-man operation and has since
expanded to a staff of 40 that provides services in New Hampshire, Massachusetts,
and Maine.
About Our Staff
CEO
Jack Kimball founded Great Bay Facility Maintenance Service in 1998.
Mr. Kimball earned his business degree at University of Lowell (Massachusetts).
He began his business career with Sanders Associates (now Lockheed-Sanders)
of South Nashua, NH in 1971 in Commercial Credit Management and gained experience
at BASF Systems, Bedford, MA starting in 1973 as a department head, where
he streamlined the order entry, shipping and invoicing procedures. Jack has
17 years of experience in the facility maintenance industry and almost 30
years of business expertise in finance, accounting, management, sales, and
marketing. Jack also served in the United States Navy (carrier duty) from
1967 until 1971, when he was honorably discharged.
General Manager
Tony Gesamondo earned his degree at the University of Massachusetts and furthered
his business studies at Newbury College. Mr. Gesamondo was Vice-president
and General Manager of Great Northern Manufacturing Corporation until it
was sold and relocated in 2000. Shortly after separation from his former
employer, Gesamondo joined Great Bay Facility Maintenance as General Manager.
His extensive experience includes cost accounting, human resources, marketing,
property management and manufacturing. Tony received his honorable discharge
from the United States Army in 1982, having served active, National Guard
and Inactive Reserve since 1969.
Manager of Field Operations
Tate Adams has lengthy experience in maintenance, tile refinishing, carpet
cleaning, building services, landscaping, and snow removal. Tate was hired
as Special Operations Manager and has since been promoted to Field Operations
Manager.
Office Manager
Tammy Adams joined the company early in 2000 as Office Manager. Tammy has
extensive experience in retail sales, marketing, customer service, and
human resources.
